配送について / Shipping

商品は受注後に製造され、配送先に応じたGelatoの製造拠点から発送されます。利用可能な配送方法、送料、税金、配送予定日はチェックアウトに表示される内容が最終となります。配送先の国・地域により送料は異なります。

本M0商品の国内・米国向け基本送料は1,500円相当です。商品小計10,000円相当以上で送料無料になります。米国での表示金額は市場通貨への換算により変動する場合があります。他の商品では異なる送料条件が適用される場合があります。

米国向けの既定配送方法はEconomyです。Gelatoの案内上、米国向けEconomy配送はDDP（関税込み）です。適用される売上税等は関税とは別で、チェックアウトに表示される場合があります。

表示される配送日は見積りであり、到着日を保証するものではありません。製造状況、配送会社、天候、住所不備その他の事情により遅延する場合があります。

注文確定前に配送先住所をご確認ください。製造開始後は住所を変更できない場合があります。住所誤り、受取拒否、長期不在等により再製作・再配送が必要になった場合、当店側の誤りを除き追加費用をご負担いただくことがあります。

Products are made to order and shipped from a Gelato production location selected for the destination. The shipping methods, shipping charge, applicable taxes, and estimated delivery shown at checkout are final. Rates vary by destination.

The base shipping charge for these M0 products is the local-currency equivalent of JPY 1,500 for Japan and the United States. Shipping is free when the product subtotal reaches the equivalent of JPY 10,000. The displayed US amount can vary with currency conversion. Other products might have different shipping terms.

The default method for US delivery is Economy. According to Gelato, Economy delivery to the United States is DDP (delivered duty paid). Applicable sales tax is separate from customs duties and may be shown at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production conditions, carriers, weather, address issues, and other circumstances can cause delays.

Please verify your shipping address before ordering. Address changes might not be possible after production begins. Additional reproduction or reshipping costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address, recipient refusal, or extended absence might be charged to the customer, except when the issue was caused by us.
