返品・交換について / Returns and Exchanges

当店の商品は受注生産です。適用される法令により認められる場合を除き、お客様都合による返品、交換、キャンセルは受け付けていません。色味や質感の見え方、サイズ選択、イメージの違いなどを理由とする返品・交換も対象外です。

商品が破損して届いた場合、製造上の欠陥、誤商品、または配送中の紛失など、当店・製造・配送上の問題がある場合は対応します。配送完了日または配送予定日から30日以内に、注文番号と、該当する場合は商品および梱包の写真を添えて、ストアのお問い合わせ窓口からご連絡ください。内容を確認し、再製作・交換または返金など、状況に応じた対応を行います。

当店から案内する前に商品を返送しないでください。受注生産品には通常の返送先がないため、事前連絡なしの返送は受け付けられません。

注文確定前に配送先住所をご確認ください。製造開始後に住所を変更できない場合があります。お客様による住所入力の誤りや受取拒否に伴う再製作・再配送費用は、お客様負担となる場合があります。当店側の誤りについては当店が対応します。

本ポリシーは、適用される消費者保護法その他の法令に基づくお客様の権利を制限するものではありません。

Each item is made to order. Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, including differences in perceived color or texture, an incorrect size selection, or a preference-based change.

If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, is incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us through the store contact channel within 30 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. After review, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, reproduction, or refund.

Do not return an item before receiving instructions from us. Made-to-order items do not have a standard return address, and unsolicited returns cannot be accepted.

Please verify your delivery address before placing the order. Address changes might not be possible after production begins. Reproduction or reshipping costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address or recipient refusal might be charged to the customer. We will cover issues caused by our error.

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer protection law.
